Janus Appoints Director and Vice President Technology

Janus Elevator Products has appointed Rob Isabelle to the newly created position of Director and Vice President of Technology.

Isabelle will manage the company’s technology department, guiding the development of new products for the company’s elevator fixture, phone, display and safety edge lines. He will also serve on the Janus board of directors.

Isabelle comes to Janus from ThyssenKrupp Elevator, where he served most recently as Chief Operating Officer Manufacturing. During his tenure at ThyssenKrupp, he held a number of senior positions including President of Computerized Elevator Controls. Prior to that, Isabelle spent 13 years as a consultant with KJA Consultants of Toronto, Ontario. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Lakehead University (Ontario, Canada).
